1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. We strive for accurate product descriptions but do not guarantee that all details, such as images or specifications, are error-free.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which Pursuit Scientific LLC may accept or decline at its discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of order via credit card, bank transfer, or check. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of an order confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Pursuit Scientific LLC is not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier (Free on Board, shipping point, New Jersey, USA).

5. Returns and Exchanges

Unused, unopened, and undamaged products in their original packaging may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, contact support@pursuitscientific.com with your order number and product details. Exchanges are issued as store credit within 10 business days of receiving the returned items, minus shipping costs. Custom or special-order items are non-exchangeable unless defective.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If products arrive defective or damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide evidence, such as photos. We will replace defective or damaged items or issue store credit at our discretion, provided items are returned if requested. Pursuit Scientific LLC covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

7. Limited Warranty

Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications. Our liability is limited to replacement or store credit for the defective product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Pursuit Scientific LLC and may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pursuit Scientific LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or websites. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

10. Force Majeure

Pursuit Scientific LLC is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or supplier delays.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Cape May County, New Jersey, USA.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications.
