Pursuit Scientific LLC maintains a no-refunded policy on all products and services. Purchases are considered final, and no monetary refunds will be issued.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@pursuitscientific.com. We will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion, subject to verification, such as photos, and return of the item if requested. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items are covered by Pursuit Scientific LLC.
